Shipping & Payment Info

IF you prefer to ship to your PO BOX, leave your address in the comments section during checkout. I understand some people might feel safer having it shipped to a PO BOX so I'm willing to work with everyone's needs. It will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY OR GROUND (1ST CLASS) depending on the item(s) you've bought or if upgraded shipping was chosen.

Most items will require a handling time of only 1 day, while others may take up to 2 days. Please see the shipping times on each individual items page.

Special orders will require up to 10 business days and custom pieces up to 5 weeks. Recently, its only been taking around 5 business days for special orders and 4 weeks for custom pieces.

If shipping outside of the USA, you may checkout with the international shipping fee of $45. Please know that this is not what it cost. its normally $60+ and i cover the rest. There are some situations where it has costed almost $100 to certain places and in those situations, i'll kindly ask that you pay a little more otherwise ill be forced to cancel your order.

PAYMENTS:

Credit card payments are accepted though my secure checkout or Paypal. I prefer the checkout on my site as in the event i need to do a partial or full refund, my card processor will refund me back the fees they originally collected unlike Paypal, they keep their fees even if i need to do full refund so you would get your refund minus their 3.5%.

Personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks are accepted by mailing to me below. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days to clear, then and only then am I able to ship out your item(s). Photo of Government issued ID is required and should be emailed to hawaiiropechains@gmail.com after checkout.
