My product pictures are all of the real product, not stock manufacture photos. I don't sell any gold plated or gold filled jewelry. I'm positive you'll be pleased with my rope chains as they are of great quality.
IF you're contemplating on going with a bigger size but it's not in your budget right now, save up to get the one you want because you might regret it later, I'm just being real. It happens to all of us. Everyone wants to go bigger in size! Buy what you'll be happy with and can afford.

IF for some reason you buy a chain and decide you want to go bigger or longer, sell it LOL. I'm for real. Even though my name isn't out there, my rope chains are really high quality and because my prices are way lower than others, you can most likely sell it for the same price OR even more.
If you don't want to go that route, I can offer an exchange for another size/length priced higher than the exchanged item's price. Price difference will need to be paid after item is received and inspected. Chain needs to come back to me in original baggie, pouch, jewelry box, and authenticity card with no damage, ESPECIALLY the chain itself. It must not have been altered in any way (links cut, clasp changed, etc). Hold onto the led charger cable if it was included in your original purchase.
You have til the day after of it being delivered to email me to qualify for the exchange. You should know when you get it if you want to go bigger or not. Reason being, I don't want to sell a "gently worn" chain as new so it needs to get back to me asap.
You'll be responsible for safely returning the piece back to me. It doesn't have to be overnight, it can be USPS priority mail. Insurance back to me is your call, but tracking number is required for me. RESTOCKING FEE IS $25 and you'll have to pay for shipping the exchange back to you, its only fair to me as I already paid for free shipping to you in the first place.
Cancellations:
If you want to cancel and you paid by PAYPAL, YOU WILL LOSE OUT ON THE 3.5% PAYPAL FEE THAT WAS CHARGED TO ME. This sucks I know, but PAYPAL doesn't refund anyone the transaction fee. The reason I'm adding this on now (6/14/22) is because a customer ordered a $3015 chain, wanted to cancel so I refunded him back the full amount of $3015 and my balance came out negative $105.71. I called PAYPAL and confirmed they wont refund me the fees. It's not fair that I lose out on money when a customer wants to cancel, right? So just know that fee will be deducted from your refund. If paid by credit card, its the same thing too now as of 4/11/23. They now wont reimburse me back the 3% credit card fee so that will be deducted from your refund.
